Byzantine Gold Shawl

"Byzantine Gold" shawl/stole version knitted as a part of the Knit Along.

I have used 3 different Colourmart lace weights to make my own yarn mix. The resulting fiber content is alpaca/merino/cashmere/silk. I love my new shawl :--)

Roza

I am excited to show you my new design called Roza. Roza means rose in Russian. I loved working on it, both designing and knitting. I love how delicate this stole come out in DyeForYarn GmbH​ Fingering // Tussah Silk. Cannot say enough good things about this yarn. Pure joy and love :))) The velvety feel of it together with silkiness and wonderful drape make this an absolutely amazing yarn.

Before Sunset.

I am so happy to share with you my latest design called Before Sunset.

I loved designing and knitting this shawl and working with the Orange Flower SW merino Sport yarn. Before Sunset is an elegant shawl that features combination of texture and lace. The shawl’s body is knitted bottom-up with the stitches later picked up for the border from the yo loops used for shawl increases. It is fun and easy construction to knit. Suitable for a lazy night in or for a stroll along the shoreline, this light, yet warm shawl is perfect for all year round.
